Syntax — a seasoned team and its own systems, accelerated by AI agents

01 / 05The chaos

Every great system begins as chaos.

Spreadsheets, inboxes, twelve tools taped together. This is where our clients find us.

02 / 05The atelier

We fold it into order.

AI agents do the heavy lifting. Senior engineers, prompt engineers and QA direct, review and sign off every line.

03 / 05The build

Built by agents. Approved by people.

Agents fold the interfaces together, piece by piece. Senior engineers and QA inspect every one before it ships.

04 / 05The systems

Enterprise systems, beautiful interfaces.

ERP, platforms and automation for corporates and public bodies.

01 — The story

Not a shortcut.
An investment.

A working prototype within the week does not come from AI alone. It comes from what we have built and the senior people who direct it. AI lets us do more, check more and ship more safely.

01 The first decade

Software people can’t
afford to get wrong.

Finance, healthcare, public services and enterprise operations. In every one: an audit trail, a rollback plan and a person’s name against every change.

02 Our own systems

Our own engines,
under every build.

Our own systems and AI engines support every build: agents draft, automated checks test the work, and senior engineers review and approve each release.

03 The investment

The week is built
on a decade.

Our own systems and AI engines are everything that makes a build quick, a screen beautiful and a release safe. That investment, plus the senior people who direct it, is what puts a working prototype in your hands within the week.

04 The turn

Review replaced
typing.

When agents got good enough to write real code, we kept the senior engineers and put agents underneath them, then rebuilt delivery around review rather than typing. It is still a great deal of senior work. What changed is how much of it we can do, how much we can check, and how much safer we can make what we ship.

The rule

A release doesn’t go out until a named senior engineer has approved it.

That isn’t a policy on a page — it’s a step in the pipeline that can’t be skipped.
