Work — what we build now
Registries, funds, ports, grids, hospitals, insurers and public services. Most of what we build now sits behind a confidentiality agreement, so these eight anonymised example programmes show the kind of work we deliver, using composite scenarios and illustrative screens.
None of it is AI alone. Each programme is senior engineering from first workshop to go-live, built on ten years of investment in our own systems and AI engines — for build speed, performance, interface quality, testing and security. The AI lets the team do more, check more and secure more. It doesn’t make serious work small.
Four million titles, a century of ledgers and deed scans, and a statutory register that can’t be wrong for a single day. We migrated it in waves while conveyancers kept searching and registering: agents matched every legacy record to its parcel, and anything short of an exact match went to a registrar.
An agentic workbench for marine cargo and property claims. Agents read the survey, the logger data, the invoice and the wording; fast typed models settle the narrow coverage questions; every line of the assessment cites its evidence. Claims under the auto-settle limit pay out on their own; everything else waits for a named adjuster.

A fund and pension administration platform across six jurisdictions: pricing, breaks, approvals, investor onboarding and payments in one place. Agents chase the breaks and assemble the KYC packs, fund accountants approve, and investors onboard from their phones.
A digital twin of a regional distribution network — every feeder, substation and crew, live, with weather and smart-meter data folded in. A forecasting model scores outage risk feeder by feeder and drafts the switching plan before the wind arrives.
Cold-chain traceability for a multi-country distributor: every batch, pallet and logger reading from manufacturer to pharmacy shelf. When a batch has to come back, the recall reaches every site that holds it — with the temperature history to prove what stays and what goes.

Voice agents for a national contact centre, speaking English, Swahili, French, Arabic and Somali. They verify the caller, look up the record, fix what policy allows and send the link by text. Supervisors watch every call live — translated, with intents and tool calls tagged as they happen.
A port community system that puts shipping lines, terminals, forwarders and five government agencies on one timeline. Vessels are pre-cleared before they arrive, the risky containers surface first, and the berth plan moves as manifests, declarations and arrival times change.
Workforce and credentialing for a hospital group. Agents collect and check registrations, life-support certificates and occupational health; open shifts go to clinicians who are verified and available — on their phones, in minutes.
