Services — four ways in
Build. Automate.
Apply AI. Advise.
Every engagement pairs our own engines and AI agents with senior engineers, prompt engineers and QA. The engines make it fast. The people make it dependable.
// every engagement, in three constants
const engines = "ten years in the making";
const prototype = "within the week";
const signedBy = "a named senior engineer";
Before the four services
What you are paying forAI doesn't make it cheap.
It makes it possible.
Agents write at machine speed, so it is easy to assume the work got small. It didn't. Every engagement is still senior work, and a great deal of it. What AI changes is how much that work covers: more built, more checked, more secured.
Why a working prototype within the week is possible

A decade of our own
systems and engines
About ten years and millions of dollars invested in the systems and AI engines behind every build — for speed, performance, interface quality, QA and security. Watch them work ↓
Senior people who
sign every release
Engineers, prompt engineers, QA specialists and product leads who direct the agents, review every change and put their name to what ships.
NotAI aloneThe agents are one part of the machine, not the machine
What AI changes
- More gets built. Scope that used to be cut for time makes the release.
- More gets checked. Every change is tested, profiled and scanned — not a sample of them.
- More gets secured. Security evidence is produced with every change — the same discipline that has helped our clients achieve ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification.
What it doesn't
- Understanding your business. Still conversations, judgement and time with the people who run it.
- Review. A senior engineer reads every change before it ships.
- Accountability. A named person signs every release.
01 — Build
Service 01 / 04The systems your
business runs on.
Client portals, systems of record, internal tools and multi-tenant platforms — permissioned, audited and genuinely pleasant to use. Built for regulated industries, because that's where we grew up.
One change, end to end
The systems and AI engines we have built and refined for about a decade. Every change passes through five of them — build, performance, interface, QA, security — and the sixth, compliance, keeps the evidence each one leaves behind. Then a senior engineer reads it and signs it. If any check fails, it goes back to be fixed, and everything runs again.

02 — Automate
Service 02 / 04Software that
runs itself.
The process that lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and one person's memory becomes software that runs on schedule — reconciliation, reporting, filings — with a dashboard that proves the return.

What every automation ships with
A dashboard that proves the return.
Hours given back and costs avoided, measured week by week from the automation’s own records. The return is evidence you can audit, not a forecast in a business case.
03 — Apply AI
Service 03 / 04AI wired into
your business.
Document processing, decision support and agentic workflows — connected to your data, governed by your rules, reviewed by people.
Which model, chosen with evidence
Before anything reaches your business, the candidates are scored on your own data — accuracy, speed, cost, a red-team pass and a check for personal data — against a bar you set. The cheapest one that clears it wins, and a person on your side signs the choice off.
